Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. With ordering from Paul Balm you agree to accept that there can be slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website.

Rhinestones Disclamer

Rhinestones are individually heat set on your product. Please follow the care instructions on the care label to ensure the life of your rhinestone products.

Each rhinestone is heat set. Exposing it to high heat (such as high heat dryer cycles or household irons) may cause stones to shift or fall off.

We will send you spare rhinestones with every rhinestone product, 

Limited Numbering Disclamer

The images of the numbered PAUL BALM patches and labels for limited products are only sample photos. The numbers shown on the pictures do not necessarily match the number you are going to receive. However, if you have a favorite number, you are welcome to email it to us by replying to your order confirmation with the number you like. If your desired number is still available, we will be happy to reserve it for you.
